Pol-Plan is a leading manufacturers of truck and trailer tarpaulins in Europe. Pol-Plan has been manufacturing tarps for semi-trailers, drawbar trailers and truck bodies since 1983. More than thirty years of experience in the industry is the foundation of multiple professionally developed technical innovations in truck and trailer tarp manufacturing. Currently, Pol-Plan operates an automated tarp production line which helps to meet the growing demand of the entire Europe for more volume and better quality.
Pol-Plan has two growth directions of its core business: truck and trailer tarps, as well as tents. The wide colour range of tarp materials, excellent facilities at the in-house art design studio, and a professional team enable reliable delivery of projects for customers who are looking for a good advertisement display on truck and trailer tarps.
Pol-Plan is constantly improving its processes and expanding the production capabilities (with four manufacturing floors on 7,500 m2, plus a large delivery truck apron) to meet the most stringent demands for quality and visual appearance.
ITRS CONGRESS
A member of ITRS (German Association of Performance Textile Manufacturers), Pol-Plan is excited to have attended the 69th ITRS Congress in Fulda, Germany. The discussion panels focused on the certification of structure tents in Germany, the capabilities of a novel structural tent levelling system, and the new product range from Sergio Ferrari.

The tarps from Pol-Plan are made using welding machines from Leister, a leader in the tarpaulin assembly industry.
Pol-Plan uses the latest Rolfix and Planenroller roll-up systems, as well as shock cords which ensure proper tarp strapping and tension.
COMPONENTS FROM ACCPLAIMED OEMS
The tarp textiles are sourced from Sattler, Heytex and Ferrari.
